- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings anytime. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- What counts as a competitor?
- One unique domain you want us to track. Subdomains and product variants count separately. You can swap competitors anytime within your plan limit.
- Do you charge per angle (pricing, SEO, content, roadmap, reviews, features, etc.)?
- No. Every plan includes every angle we currently support, plus every angle we ship in the future. You only pay for the number of competitors you track.
- What happens if I exceed my competitor limit?
- We won't add a competitor over your limit; you'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing competitors continue to be tracked while you decide.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Annual billing is coming. For now, all plans bill monthly with no commitment.
- What about refunds?
- If something isn't right within your first 14 days as a paying customer, email us; we'll refund you, no questions asked.
